Professional Pathway Partnership

LAX FC Soccer (LAX FC) and Lake Country United FC (LCUFC) are proud to announce a new Professional Pathway Partnership designed to create opportunities for players to advance from the semi-professional level into the professional ranks.

The partnership establishes a direct relationship between the two organizations, allowing LAX FC's technical staff to identify, evaluate, and monitor players competing within Lake Country United FC's UPSL program while also fostering collaboration between the clubs in player development, coaching education, scouting, and talent identification.

As part of the partnership, the clubs will participate in joint training opportunities, player evaluations, exhibition matches, club visits, and other initiatives aimed at providing ambitious players with exposure to a professional environment. LAX FC staff will have the opportunity to work directly with LCUFC players and coaches while identifying individuals who may be candidates for future trials, training opportunities, and professional contracts.

The relationship also strengthens the long-term player pathway within Lake Country United FC. Young players progressing through the club's academy structure will now have a clearly defined route from youth soccer to the club's UPSL First Team and, ultimately, the opportunity to be evaluated at the professional level.
