Coach Tommy Jeffords

Head Coach-2016 Boys-Lake Country United FC 2023–Present

Originally from Spartanburg, South Carolina, Coach Tommy Jeffords brings passion, integrity, and a lifelong love for the game to Lake Country United FC. As a talented youth player, he competed with Spartanburg FC and the South Carolina ODP program under former Clemson University coach Trevor Adair. Although his playing career was cut short by knee injuries, his connection to the game remained strong.

Today, Coach Jeffords holds a U.S. Soccer Grassroots Coaching License and leads the 2016 Boys Team with a focus on player development, teamwork, and building confidence in young athletes.

Off the field, Tommy is a respected real estate attorney with Blasingame, Burch, Garrard & Ashley, P.C. at Lake Oconee. He is a graduate of Clemson University, where he earned dual B.S. degrees in Management and Psychology. He later earned his M.B.A. from the University of Georgia and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgia State University.

A devoted husband to Ashley and proud father of Colby and Camden, Coach Jeffords is a valued leader both on the pitch and in the Lake Country community.
